The Program
Speed & Explosiveness
Get off the mark faster. Accelerate through space. React before the other kid knows what's happening.
Hand-Eye & Coordination
Catch better. Track better. Control the body under pressure. The foundation of every skilled athlete.
Decision Making
Games don't slow down for you. We train athletes to read situations fast and act with confidence.
Lateral Movement
Change direction without losing pace. Move in every plane. Stop, go, cut — on command.
Compete & Have Fun
Every drill is a game. Every session ends with a kid wanting to come back for more.
Love of Movement
The best athletes never stop wanting to play. We make sure every kid leaves wanting more.
The Schedule
Three focused mornings at The Pier at Clemson. Every session is different. Same energy every day.
01
Tue · June 3
Speed, Agility & First Steps
We start with movement fundamentals — acceleration, reaction, and spatial awareness. All done through games and competition. No cones-for-the-sake-of-it nonsense.
02
Wed · June 4
Ball Skills & Coordination
Hand-eye, catching, throwing, tracking — the skill layer that separates good from great athletes. Multi-sport drills that challenge every kid regardless of their background.
03
Thu · June 5
Competition Day
Everything we've built — under pressure. Games, competitions, and challenges where athletes put it all together. High energy. High fun. Biggest day of the three.

Coach Troy Hall
Former USA Eagle · Head Coach Clemson Rugby
Troy Hall is a capped international rugby player who represented the United States in both 7s and 15s. He's now Director of Rugby and Head Coach at Clemson University — where he's built one of the most competitive programs in the country.
His approach is direct and built around competition. Your kid won't be standing in a line. They'll be moving, working, and wanting to come back.
The Philosophy
Sport-specific skill fades. Athletic foundation doesn't. Whether your kid plays college sports or just wants to be healthy and active for life — this is the foundation they need.
Built right. Built early. Built with a smile on their face.
